About me
Hello there!
My name is Killian, I'm 23 years old and I've been drawing since I was 12. I only started working seriously with digital art a few years ago. Back then, I started with Medibang Paint Pro and some time later I switched to Procreate... but I ended up with Photoshop. I also edit the images in Lightroom.
I actually work full-time as a dental technician, which is a nice change of pace from drawing every now and then. Besides art, I love gaming, but I'm also an equestrian and proud owner of four horses.
I wanted to keep this text as short as possible since many people probably won't read it anyway.

Commission Process
1. reach out to me via DM and let me know what you wish for your illustration
2. the price will be determined afterwards
3. you will receive a sketch within the next few days. If the sketch is approved, the agreed price will be paid
4. I'll sent updates through the process
5. In the end, you will receive the image via email or Google Drive- next order will get a 10% discount
Terms of service
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all drawing commissions between the client and the contractor (artist). By commissioning a drawing, the client agrees to these GTC.Services and Order Processing
2.1 The artist creates a custom drawing in accordance with the client’s specifications.
2.2 The completion time depends on the scope and complexity of the commission.
2.3 Corrections are possible to a limited extent, depending on the agreement. Additional changes may incur extra charges.Prices and Payment Terms
3.1 Prices for the drawings are determined individually and agreed upon in advance.
3.3 Payment can be made only via PayPal.
3.4 After the client has approved the sketch, the agreed payment must be made within 7 calendar days.
3.5 If payment is not received within the 7-day deadline and no alternative arrangement has been agreed upon beforehand, I reserve the right to cancel the commission.
3.6 Additionally, the client will
receive a 3 month commission suspension, starting from the day the payment deadline expires. During this period, I will not accept any new commission requests from the client.Usage Rights
4.1 All copyrights remain with the artist. The client receives usage rights in accordance with the agreed purpose (private or commercial).
4.2 Commercial use or distribution of the drawing is only permitted with the express consent of the artist.
4.3 The artist reserves the right to use the completed drawings for portfolio purposes unless the client explicitly requests anonymity.
4.4 The client is not permitted to resell, redistribute or otherwise commercially transfer the commissioned artwork to another person or third party.
4.5 The use of my artwork for Artificial Intelligence (AI) purposes is strictly prohibited.
This includes:
- Uploading the artwork to AI image generators or other generative AI services
- Using the artwork for AI training, machine learning, datasets, or model training
- Using the artwork as an AI reference, input, prompt image, or image-to-image source
- Modifying, recreating, or generating derivatives of the artwork using AI
- Providing the artwork to third parties for any AI-related purpose
4.6 This prohibition applies to both the finished artwork and all materials created during the commission process, including sketches, WIPs and alternative versions.Cancellation and Refund
5.1 An order can be canceled as long as work has not yet begun. A processing fee may apply in such cases.
5.2 No refunds will be issued once work has started or is completed.Disclaimer
6.1 No liability is assumed for delays caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.Final Provisions
7.1 If any provision of these GTC is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
7.2 Changes or additions must be made in writing.
7.3 The law of the country in which the artist is based shall apply.
